Casual Retro Beta Rules

1. Character Names

  • Offensive names: any nickname containing insults, racism, sexual content, drug references, harassment, or generally inappropriate expressions.
  • Advertising references: names promoting third-party brands, products, websites, external services, or involving real-money transactions.
  • Inappropriate themes: names that explicitly express religious or political messages.
  • Invalid structure: names formed by fragments of sentences, meaningless clusters of characters (“Ahsuedk”), or visibly broken formatting.
  • Inciting violations: names suggesting or encouraging cheating or rule breaking.
  • Fake staff identity: names implying administrative authority (e.g., “Admin”, “Game Master”, “Server Manager”).

2. Public and Private Statements

  • Offensive statements: any abusive, racist, sexual, drug-related, harassing, or otherwise toxic communication. Real-life threats result in severe penalties.
  • Spam: repeating messages excessively, flooding channels, or typing nonsense.
  • Advertising: promoting external services, websites, games, or offering real-money trades for items, accounts, or currencies.
  • Off-topic communication: political, religious, or irrelevant discourse in public channels not designed for such themes.
  • Sharing personal data: revealing another person’s private information without authorization.
  • Encouraging violations: messages supporting or facilitating rule breaking.
  • Harmful behavior: impersonating another player to scam, intentionally blocking key areas, monopolizing spaces with multiple characters, or any action that disrupts fair gameplay.
  • Protection zone or ranked zone blocking: preventing players from exiting safe and ranked zones without leaving any path available.

3. Cheating and Automation

  • Bug exploitation: using known errors or loopholes in any part of the service.
  • Unauthorized software: any external tools, automated programs, manipulated clients, macros, or virtual machines used to influence gameplay. Running any illicit tool even in background counts as a violation.
  • Multiclienting: only one character per person may be online. Switching characters while one is still connected counts as dual-logging.
  • Automated play: any method causing actions without direct player control. If a response test fails (no reply), permanent ban applies.

4. False Information and Misrepresentation

  • Impersonating staff: pretending to be part of the team or claiming privileged powers.
  • Defaming the server: spreading misleading information, encouraging players to boycott, or intentionally harming reputation.
  • Providing false reports: giving inaccurate data in tickets, bug reports, or accusations.
  • Threatening staff: any form of threat or blackmail against team members.
  • General misinformation: publishing fabricated content about staff or the server.

5. Legal and Security Violations

  • Account theft or hacking attempts: phishing, malware, or any activity to obtain player credentials.
  • Interfering with service operation: DDoS attacks, disruption attempts, or damaging infrastructure.
  • Fraudulent payments: chargebacks or transactions made with unauthorized/fraudulent methods.
  • Breaking laws or service agreements: any action violating legal regulations or rights of third parties.
